High-end salons and wellness clinics lose thousands in monthly revenue due to unanswered calls during peak appointment hours and off-business times. Furthermore, manual shift allocation across specialist stylists frequently produces scheduling collisions and human errors.

I architected a comprehensive Voice AI Reservation Concierge and HR Management system. When clients call, an expressive, natural-sounding AI receptionist answers immediately, checks stylist calendars in real-time, confirms services, and sends instant calendar reminders via SMS and WhatsApp.

• Twilio Voice & LLM Function Calling: Integrated Twilio Media Streams with OpenAI function-calling backends to query available appointment slots, verify stylist schedules, and lock bookings in real-time conversation.
• Multi-Calendar Conflict Prevention: Implemented pessimistic transaction locking in PostgreSQL, ensuring zero double-booking occurrences even during concurrent phone inquiries.
